Return & Exchange Policy

Medica-Pharma

At Medica-Pharma, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and undamaged.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Eligible Cases:

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used or opened.
• The original packaging has been damaged, altered, or tampered with.

Medica-Pharma reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any return or exchange request.
